The USDA requires a written Program of Veterinary Care in a specific format.  We can provide
model documentation and assist your consulting veterinarian set-up the appropriate paperwork.
If you are not AAALAC accredited and receive federal funds from the NIH, you will need to
provide a Statement of Assurance of Compliance with PHS Policy.  We can help you negotiate the
maze of paperwork necessary to maintain compliance.
